Saunas

Finnish sauna

A high-temperature sauna of 80–90 °C with low humidity. It stimulates blood circulation, trains the heart and lungs and strengthens the immune system. The pores open and toxins leave easily with sweat. It relieves stress, detoxifies and supports a good metabolism. It softens and tightens the skin and cleanses it very well.

Herbal sauna

An 80 °C sauna with low humidity. It is good for the respiratory system, especially combined with aromatherapy. It strengthens the immune system and detoxifies.

Sound-and-light sauna

A 60 °C sauna for those who find hotter saunas too demanding, and a good step for beginners before the Finnish sauna. Coloured light tubes and colour therapy add to the benefits of the sauna: colours evoke different moods and act on the energy centres.

Rose sauna (women only)

A 75 °C sauna with low humidity. It stimulates blood circulation, trains the heart and lungs and strengthens the immune system. It relieves stress, detoxifies, and softens and tightens the skin. For women only.

Steam cabin

Unlike a sauna, the temperature is lower (typically 43–46 °C) and the humidity higher, up to 100%. The body warms up more slowly and the steam pleasantly moisturises the skin. A good choice for people with respiratory problems such as asthma or allergies.

Infrared sauna, swimwear (pool area, ground floor)

It heats the body with infrared rays instead of the air, so you start sweating at a lower temperature and the effect goes deeper. The rays penetrate 1 cm below the skin and loosen toxins, which leave with sweat. Children, the elderly and people with cardiovascular problems can use it too.

Finnish sauna, swimwear (pool area, ground floor)

An 8-person Finnish sauna with a hidden stove, 60–70 °C and low humidity. The hot air and steam open the pores, stimulate circulation, relax, cleanse and recharge you.

Cooling down and rest

Kneipp walking pool

Water at 14–16 °C over rounded stones. Walking on them gently massages the reflex zones of the soles, strengthens the supporting muscles and improves circulation.

Japanese pool

A relaxation whirlpool at 29–31 °C. After the sauna it helps the body cool down slowly; it refreshes and relaxes. Showering before use is mandatory.

Plunge pool

An important part of sauna bathing, used right after the sauna to cool the body down quickly. The water at 10–15 °C is a sharp contrast to the sauna's 80–100 °C air. The sudden change stimulates circulation and metabolism, relaxes the muscles, strengthens the immune system and helps the skin regenerate. It is small, just big enough for one person, and deep enough to cover most of the body. A few seconds are enough; then rest or go back to the sauna.

Sauna programmes

Monday to Friday

15:30 salt peeling, 17:00 honey skin care, 18:30 beer refreshment.

Saturday and Sunday

14:00 fruity immune boost, 15:00 salt / sugar-and-mint body scrub, 16:00 honey and cinnamon skin nourishing, 17:00 honey and lavender moisturising, 18:00 chocolate skin treatment (steam cabin), 19:00 beer and ice refreshment.

Sign up at the wellness reception at least 20 minutes before the programme starts; the price is HUF 1,200 per person per programme. Following the rules of healthy sauna use, the sessions can only be attended without swimwear, in a sauna sheet or sauna clothing.

Sauna infusions

Beer infusion

The sauna master pours beer onto the stove, filling the sauna with a scent like freshly baked bread. The beer releases vitamins E and D, which make the skin silky.

Vitamin infusion

In the sauna's extreme environment the body defends itself by sweating and loses many minerals. Orange, eucalyptus or lemon oil is mixed into the water. At the end the sauna master offers fresh fruit, as vitamins are absorbed better then.

Ice infusion

The contrast of the Finnish sauna's intense hot air and ice, together with the sauna master's technique, sends pleasant shivers through the body and releases happiness hormones.

Salt infusion

We rub our sweaty skin with sea salt handed out by the sauna master, removing dead skin cells and making 3 million sweat glands much more active. The honey infusion is recommended afterwards.

Honey infusion

The warmth of the Finnish sauna, the benefits of flower honey and the sauna master's art combine: skin covered with honey breathes, becomes silky and is reborn.

Aphrodisiac infusion

We use aromas and fruits that act as natural aphrodisiacs, with mood-lifting and invigorating essential oils in the water. The sauna master offers fresh fruit that stimulates desire and circulation.

Chocolate infusion in the steam cabin

Chocolate cream is applied during the 15–20-minute infusion in the steam cabin, where even moisture and heat help the ingredients penetrate the skin, leaving it smooth, cared for and velvety. Chocolate contains over 300 valuable components (cell-building materials, protein, essential fatty acids, minerals, polyphenols) that help prevent skin ageing. Cocoa butter and almond milk nourish the skin with essential fats and moisture.

Restaurant

A wide choice of classic dishes next to the indoor adventure pool. Open Monday to Friday 12:00–18:00, Saturday and Sunday 11:30–18:00.

Bar

Coffee, soft drinks and savoury and sweet snacks, even between two dips. Open Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday and Sunday 9:30–19:00.

Baby care room

Opened in April 2025 on the ground floor next to the children's pool. It has a padded rattan chair and a changing table, so you can feed and change little ones in peace at any time.

Terrarium

A spectacular terrarium is waiting too: come and see the friendly panther chameleons Eszter, Elemér, Elvira and Erzsike.
